Getting Your Order to You

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your Reform pieces arrive safely and on time. Here is what to expect once you place your order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Windows

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Rates are shown at checkout. Qualifying domestic orders receive complimentary shipping automatically — no code required. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes upon arrival.

We take pride in the quality of every Reform piece. If something isn’t working for you, here is how we handle it.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on full-price items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

The following are not eligible for return: sale items, intimates, and accessories.

How to Return

1. Email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 working days with a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to stock availability. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can confirm and reserve your preferred option.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your item. Your bank may take a few extra days to process the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived in less than perfect condition or wasn’t what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will resolve it as a priority, at no cost to you.
